Recipe: Delicious grilled chicken feet

Chicken feet are enjoyed in different parts of the world.
In many South African families, especially in the Black community, they are regularly eaten.
The typical way to prepare them is to wash and then boil them. Then you can add onion, tomato, and salt to spice.
Wayne Shen, who goes by the Instagram handle, @foodiechina888, shared a video that has gone viral on the social media platform.

Below is the recipe:
Wash the chicken feet.
Cut off the nails on the feet.
Cut open the middle.
Place in pot and add water. Bring to the boil and add scallion and ginger.
Simmer for ten minutes.
Remove from the water.
Add three tablespoons of soy sauce, one tablespoon of oyster sauce, and one tablespoon of cajun seasoning.
Massage and let it sit for 30 minutes.
Place in a baking tray.
Spray edible oil.
Bake at 190 Degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
