This chia seed and lemon drink is great for your immune system and can help burn fat.
Healthline reports that “when used in moderation, chia seeds may help you feel more satisfied and less likely to eat too much.”

The Healthsite reports: “Chia seeds are an excellent source of plant-based protein, which is vital for building muscle, balancing blood sugar, and burning fat. Protein helps you feel fuller longer and reduce appetite, which in turn reduces your calorie intake.”
Lemon, on the other hand, also contain fiber and Healthline reports that “lemon water can promote fullness, support hydration, boost metabolism and increase weight loss.”
When it comes to cinnamon, Medical News Today reports that “cinnamon has been shown to reduce some of the bad effects of eating high-fat foods. This can help in an overall weight loss plan. Its effect on blood glucose levels can also help your body ultimately lose weight.”

Ingredients:
- 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 Glass water
- 2 Tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon
- 1/8 Teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1 Tablespoon honey
Method:
- Pour chia seeds in glass full of water.
- Stir and let it sit for five minutes.
- Stir again and add cinnamon.
- Stir and add lemon.
- Stir and add honey.
- Drink immediately.
It is taken in the morning on an empty stomach.
