Lekker creamy chicken pasta recipe for Eid
Here is a delicious meal to celebrate Eid...
Eid al-Fitr marks the end of the fasting month of Ramadan.
During the past month, millions of Muslims all over the world devoted their time to prayer and charity work.
Food blogger Tasneem Patel shared her favourite creamy chicken pasta for Eid.
The key ingredients include pasta, chicken, and Parmesan cheese. The British-born, South African-based blogger took to TikTok to share her secret recipe.
Creamy chicken pasta recipe:
Cook pasta and leave a bit of the water from the cooked pasta.
Heat olive oil in a pan.
Add onion.
Add chicken strips.
Add salt, chili flakes, black pepper, and garlic.
Mix thoroughly.
Add sliced mushroom.
Add corn.
Add thinly diced green pepper.
Allow the vegetables to cook in pasta water.

Add tomato paste.
Add Oregano.
Add mixed herbs spice.
Add fresh tomato.
Add fresh cream and bring to a boil.
Add the boiled pasta.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese.
Garnish with parsley.
