Three saree draping styles for a modern Diwali look

As we approach the Festival of Lights, we wanted to share some cool saree draping styles with you. 

If you are anything like me, I didn't grow up wearing sarees, but I do love the gracefulness of a saree. 

There are so many ways to tie a saree and finding your perfect style is what makes you feel confident and comfortable when wearing one.

I really have found the dhoti style to be something of a modern approach to draping a saree and it certainly allows for more freedom of movement.

The second one is an infinity drape and really does look so elegant.

This third draping style is called the Gujarati drape and it really is great if you have a pretty blouse and you want to show it off. 

The saree can be plain and pop with the blouse. Remember, you don't always have to have an underskirt, you can wear tights, just make sure that you are comfortable because there's no hiding it when you're wearing a saree.
