Pregnancy and birth are beautiful and surreal experiences. During this
time, women seek the help of family and friends to get through this new
phase in their lives. But, COVID-19 has forced us all to
change the way we live, and with the advent of social distancing rules,
there has never been a stranger time to be pregnant - or to be a new mother.
This is why we've created a new podcast series to help moms and moms-to-be navigate this strange new normal.

emotions regarding giving birth or even how to juggle being a new mom,
in this new world. That's where practising child-care practitioner,
Jenni Johnson comes in.
