Jenni shares advice around family challenges under lockdown
Updated | By Di Macpherson
We’ve got a new episode of Jenni’s Baby Clinic podcast. In Episode 4, Sister Jenni Johnson talks about some of the new challenges parents have faced in this time of lockdown and COVID-19, including dealing with the recurrence of bed-wetting.

Many families have had to simply knuckle down and cope under lockdown, without the support of their extended family or close friends.
And Jenni - an experienced childcare practitioner who runs a busy Durban-based baby clinic - has been pleasantly surprised at some of the positive effects.
"I've done many consultations over this time of social distancing for families who've found themselves in unfamiliar territory for the new parents who have had to come home, just the three of them, and have had to cope. I actually can't remember when I saw such strong bonds happening. There's no other way around it."
In other instances though, Jenni's seen regression in a home, such as a toddler who starts bed-wetting again after a long time.
Jenni shares the advice she's given parents facing some of these new challenges.
