Beat the lockdown blues with these fun family activities

Boredom is not an option during the lockdown period. Here is
some inspiration to ensure the fun never stops.
The 21-day lockdown doesn't have to be boring.
If you are scratching your head, wondering how you are going to keep busy, don't fret.
There are so many fun things you can do that will keep you entertained.
One of the coolest and fun things to do is dance. Dancing to great music is not only entertaining but it is a special way to bond with your loved ones.

As a family, you can even come up with your own dance routines. This can be lots of fun.
Check out the video of father and daughter dancing in the kitchen that has taken the internet by storm.
Check them dancing to ‘Hold My Hand’ by Jess Glyne and prepare to join in on the fun!
Another video that has gone viral is that of a dad who took part in the Tik Tok dance challenge with his two sons.
The Tik Tok challenge is for parents and their children to dance to 'Blinding Lights' by The Weeknd.
It has been performed by many parents all over the world, including 'America's Got Talent' judge Howie Mandel.

The lockdown is a great time to spend quality time with family and share delicious food.
One of South Africa's favourite celebrities, Somizi, recently made a picnic for dinner with his partner Mohale to beat down the lockdown blues.

The former Miss South Africa also shared fun activities people can do during the lockdown.
"Read a book, swim, do some skipping, take a long bath, meditate, listen to your favorite music, don’t forget yourself in the process whilst trying to keep your household together," she wrote on Instagram.
Her family is using this time to also have fun helping each other study.

Exercising as a family is a great way to keep fit.
