Fatigue is a term used to describe an overall feeling of tiredness or lack of energy, reports Healthline

It is deeper than just feeling tired or sleepy which happens to all of us time and again. 

According to several publications, fatigue can be caused by a variety of things, including: lifestyle habits, physical health conditions, mental health issues, and some medications. 

Some of the lifestyle habits include not getting enough sleep, overworking, substance abuse, unhealthy eating, and lack of exercise. 

Fatigue is dangerous as it can lead to ill health, car accidents, injury, and reduced productivity.

Symptoms of fatigue

- No motivation to work or do activities. 

- A lack of energy.

- Physical pain in your body. 

- Headaches. 

- Feeling faint.

- Impaired recollection of timing and events.   

- Irregular heartbeat. 

- Shortness of breath. 

- Rectal bleeding. 

- Vomiting blood. 

- Lack of concentration. 

- Irritability.

- Poor judgement.
