Mitchell Park Zoo: A fun day out for the whole family

If you are looking for a fun activity to do with the family, then you should definitely visit the Mitchell Park Zoo in Morningside, Durban. 

Not only does the park host lush greenery, a playground for toddlers and older kids, and a restaurant, but it also plays host to a zoo. 

The best part over and above keeping the kids occupied is the zoo which allows the kids to see a variety of animals, many of which are from abroad.

From llamas to cockatoos, the kids are sure to be entertained. 

There is a small tuckshop inside that sells light snacks and the entrance rate is truly affordable.
