Secret Sunrise Durban hosts a UV light dance for ladies only

Secret Sunrise is a silent, guided dance experience that celebrates the power of inner reflection while enjoying a sunrise or sunset. For the last nine years, Secret Sunrise Durban has been spreading joy to people across the city.
This weekend, the team is hosting a special ladies-only dance event at 1st Fitness in Berea.
Their signature experience is a guided, mindful dance, and this ladies-only session will be available for just R120.
Jane Kilian from Secret Sunrise Durban shared, "We usually do family-friendly events, but we are doing a ladies-only event for the women to feel comfortable and get their groove on in
a private female environment! We started doing ladies' nights with local restaurants and ladies-only events at 1st Fitness to allow our Muslim community to participate in a familiar, female-only space, making us even more inclusive."
Secret Sunrise is committed to creating a safe space where everyone can freely express themselves.
This event aims to provide an opportunity for all women, especially those who cannot attend mixed events for personal reasons, to join in and feel included.
The first-ever Secret Sunrise "You Glow Girl Ladies UV Boogie" will take place in the UV room at 1st Fitness Gym’s downstairs "dungeon".
Tickets are selling out fast – the last we heard, there are less than 20 left.
