A place that hosts beautiful views, even from the loo...
If you are looking for a place to visit that hosts beautiful views, fresh and locally sourced food, and farm animals, then Blueberry Café is the place to visit this weekend.
They proudly describe themselves as the place that "captures the essence of the Midlands Meander with the beautiful backdrop of the Drakensberg mountains, cosy, nature-focused interior with floating garden baskets and wooden features, addictive coffee, mouth-watering food, farm animal visitors and a loo with a view like no other". (Netherwood Farm)

What caught our eye besides their signature blueberry cheesecake was their promise to experience "a loo with a view like no other".
The cafe is located on the Netherwood Farm, which is also a beautiful wedding venue, and has a brewery and accommodation. They are open enough to share that you should bring your own swimming and fishing gear and that they don't have back-up power in case of loadshedding.
Over and above the Blueberry Café, the farm has another restaurant, Fork 'n Cleaver.
Check out the menu for the café here.
Watch this video from TikTok showing some of the beautiful views.
