The Kenneth Stainbank Nature Reserve is a dream venue for nature lovers. 

Located in Yellowwood Park in Durban, this is the perfect place to go for a fun day out in the sun. 

The venue has a variety of activities for all age groups. The entrance fee is R60 per person. 

If the sights and sounds of birds are pleasing to your eyes and ears, then you will be excited to know that visiting Kenneth Stainbank Nature Reserve will leave you spoilt for choice. 

The reserve is home to tons of birds. From the grey cuckoo shrike, tambourine dove, and the white-eared barbet, the birds are sure to excite any bird lover.

There is a beautiful and well-maintained trail on the premises. The 10km hike is a hiker's paradise. There is also a dam on the premises.

Wildlife lovers will get to see animals such as zebras, bushbucks, reedbucks, and impalas. There's also the blue, red, and grey duiker, vervet monkeys, mongoose, bushbabies, and dassies or rock hyrax.
