Fun for the whole family awaits at The Old Mushroom Farm!
Located 110km from Durban, 30km from Pietermaritzburg, and around the corner from Howick, The Old Mushroom Farm promises fun, adventure, exploration, and learning for the whole family - including your pets!
Former mushroom farmer, architect, and artist Nic Crooks has transformed the site into something truly special.

Using two converted growing tunnels - which creates a truly unique architectural experience - visitors can explore an array of shops and attractions, as well as try their hand at some gardening.
Boasting coffee shops, a bistro, and various boutique shops, there is something for everyone to explore.
And that's not even mentioning the running trail, gym, play area, and community food garden. As an added bonus, there are shower facilities available for patrons, so you can head off from some exercise, refresh with a shower, and then join in on the fun.
The Old Mushroom Farm is also the perfect place for events, while travellers from afar can book into the self-catering and BnB accommodation found on site - so there really is no excuse not to visit!
