Throwback to the biggest Christmas song of the 1970s

We look back at one of the biggest Christmas songs ever released!

Christmas is a few days away and what better way to celebrate than with one of the greatest holiday songs ever released?
The Eagles’ Christmas classic, 'Please Come Home For Christmas', continues to be a hit decades after its release.
The song was released under Asylum Record in 1978 and another version was released in 2018.
Taking to social media, the band shared the cover image of the album and asked fans to listen to the song.
" The best Christmas song In the history of EVER!" wrote one Instagram user.

The song has millions of views on YouTube.

In 2021, the rock band announced the re-release of some of their old albums.
The re-issue began with the first two records, namely; 1972’s ' The Eagles' and 1973’s ''Desperado'. The self-titled re-issue was released on 15 August, with 'Desperado' released on 15 September.
