Celebrating Annie Lennox's birthday with her greatest hits

Annie Lennox was born on 25 December 1954. To celebrate her 66th birthday, East Coast Gold will play the singer's biggest hits.
Annie Lennox burst onto the music scene with the band, ‘The Tourists’, in the late 70s. Shortly after that, she left the group and formed another band with fellow musician Dave Stewart. Their new band was called Eurythmics.
Although they enjoyed international success, Lennox decided to go solo in 1992.

Her debut album’ Diva’ was a major success.
To date, she has released six studio albums, 23 singles and one compilation album.
The star has toured all over the world and performed on many big stages.
Awards:
Annie Lennox has won three Grammy Awards - 'Song Written for Visual Media' in 2005, 'Female Pop Vocal Performance' in 1996, and 'Music Film' in 1993.
Lennox also received a Billboard Century Award, a Golden Globe and the Academy Award for 'Best Original Song' for ‘Into the West’.
