ABBA teases a huge announcement ahead of their new project

New music us coming through from the iconic quartet!
In 1972 songwriters Bjorn Ulvaeus and Benny Andersson from The Hep Stars and singers Agnetha Faltskog and Anna-Frid Lyngstad, who had scored success as solo artists joined together to form the band, Abba. And they have since been one of the most acclaimed pop bands in the world. They now return with an exciting new project!
So, if you have been following the Mamma-Mia hit-makers you will know they recently launched a new website yesterday titled "Abba Voyage" asking fans to register their interest to be the first in line to hear more about this upcoming project. It has been a long 39 years since they last shared music with the world. Abba fans, get ready to jam to your fave Swedish band real soon.

The band announced in 2016 that they would be having a hologram tour. Thereafter they took to the studio in 2018 to record two new songs, I Still Have Faith In You and Don't Shut Me Down which were then delayed.
So, now get ready for not two or three but five new songs from the quartet! This is an ode to the fans for being patient and loyal during their long wait.
So, Abba Voyage teased to a huge announcement for next week.
"It's not a case any more of it might happen, it will happen," Ulvaeus shared with The Herald Sun. If that is not confirmation enough for you to sit tight and ready, then you'll be missing out.

So we will all be glued onto that website on Thursday, 2 September.
Regarding their hologram tour, be prepared to experience holograms beamed onstage in a purpose-built London theatre, where fans will also be able to see a documentary-style film about the band's comeback.
Filming for the project reportedly took place at London's Ealing Studios last year.
If you are reading this and still don't know who Abba is then go watch the award-winning film, Mamma Mia! which is the musical based on their hits. It was produced by Ulvaeus and Andersson and been seen by more than 50 million people all over the world.
Since their final recording session 39 years ago and their final public performance in 1985, this will be the biggest return of an iconic music band.
We will definitely not miss this one.
