Place: Durban Primary School, 15 Lindley Place (just off Umbilo Road oppoiste Nelson Mandela Medical School/King Edward)
Time: 9am – 11:15am
What to bring: A mat (if you have), water bottle, and sweat towel.
Absolute beginners welcome, but no under 14's please.
