Snake catchers and forest officials had to be called into the state of Uttar Pradesh in India after residents discovered a huge python.
A video of the incident shows the massive reptile struggling to move after it had eaten what is believed to have been a goat.

In the video, snake catchers and forest officials are seen attempting to rescue the snake using a rope while trying to lift it onto a truck - when that plan fails, they use logs.
According to news agency ANI, Divisional Forest Officer Rajiv Kumar said that the snake was rescued and released into a nearby forest.
