WATCH: Her ring got detected as a fake diamond, so she flipped out in public!

Some people have no care in the world whether their wedding ring is a real diamond or not, while some are really specific about the stone they want and how legit it has to be.

The lady in this video is clearly the latter.

When she and her partner were approached by the mascot at a basketball game, they did not know things were about to go south. 

The hawk mascot went around with a 'diamond detector' checking whether the ladies' wedding bands were real or fake.

A partnership is not necessarily about the price of the ring; it's all about the love and the life you're creating together. 

There is definitely no way that after years of being together, one of you would choose to just flip out like that!

We just hope that they have reconciled and at least navigated how a real diamond will someday, somehow be obtained if it's that important!
