WATCH: BMW riddled with bullets in drive-by shooting in Mobeni Heights
The shooting took place on the Higginson Highway.
A drive-by shooting incident has claimed the life of a 35-year-old woman and injured five others.
According to iOL, the incident took place on the M1 Higginson Highway near the Mobeni Heights cemetery.
When ALS paramedics arrived at the scene, multiple vehicles had been damaged by the shooting - including a white BMW.
ALS spokesperson Garrith Jamieson told iOL that paramedics quickly established a triage system and it was discovered that the woman had multiple bullet wounds.

She passed away at the scene.
The five injured drivers were in the vicinity and were treated at the scene.
The reason for the shooting is still unknown.
