Picture this: Streets decked out in yellow and blue, KZN rocking their most epic outfits, and vibes so electric, you could practically feel them crackling in the air!

Over 20,000 pumped-up folks joined in for a day packed with fun, fitness, and giving back. The outfits were on point and the smiles were oh-so Instagram-worthy!

Along the route our photographers and videographers were capturing pictures. Want to get a hold of the pic?

It was an early morning for the East Coast as Mike V welcomed you in at the start. The energy was electric as gumboot dancers and a local DJ kept the beats rolling.

The East Coast Breakfast team, known for their infectious energy, officially started the walk (with the help of a blaring start horn!).

Every refreshment station was a mini-party station, with East Coast Radio personalities and entertainers cheering participants on with positive vibes and high fives. Walkers were met with electrifying performances by Northwood Boys Choir, Veranda Panda, DJ Deon G, and more! Danny Guselli, Sam Cele, Tee Xaba, and Shaina-Rae were armed with a mic to share their words of encouragement and killer dance moves.

Crossing the finish line was just the beginning of the post-walk extravaganza. Spot prizes rained down while cool-down sessions led by the talented QueenFitnass, Teal Hogg, and Sharilee brought everything to a calming close.

Stacey and J Sbu rocked the stage with their tunes and moves that brought the show to a close along with The Joy.

Here are some snippets on how the day unfolded:

This year, Suncoast and East Coast Radio showed love for Khethiwe, a rehabilitation therapy centre in MarianHill, Pinetown, that supports children with Cerebral Palsy and other neurological impairments.

Khethiwe received a generous donation of R100,000, made possible by the support of everyone who bought a Big Walk ticket and the people of KZN.

Thank you to everyone who laced up their sneakers and joined the fun. You embodied the true meaning of "togetherness" – supporting each other, celebrating health, and soaking up that Durban sunshine.

We can't wait to do it all again next year – bigger and better, of course!
