Earlier in September we were able to listen to the story of Gavin Mduduzi Mthethwa as had to let his staff go as a result of loadshedding. He returns to receive another surprise from The Big Favour that will eliminate all the challenges caused by loadshedding.
When he shared his story, he wrote:
"By the time of closure I was owing to my bank and a whole of other debt, I couldn’t help my stuff to also be able to support their families, they earn a commission which means they were unable to qualify for UIF, all that I’m battling with which is my kid’s school fees and the whole of other debt..."- Gavin Mduduzi Mthethwa

Yes, he might be open once again and able to help his employees provide for their families. Loadshedding in South Africa is unpredictable and sadly, does not choose certain locations it will not hit.
