Darren Maule made the mistake of assuming a dental hygienist is the same thing as a dentist. This was because Keri Miller had told him that she's going to the dental hygienist.
Needless to say, Darren was proven wrong. He did admit that assuming things is wrong.
Darren also used the example of how many people think being a radio presenter is an easy job.

"It’s like people saying we only work three hours a day. However, after the show there are other things we do like have planning meetings, sessions where we listen back to the show, and usually a bunch of recordings," said Darren.
Perhaps you work in entertainment industry, so people will assume it's all about the glitz and glamour?
In actual reality, you work 12-hour days on your feet and still barely make rent...
