Internet Explorer is no more in latest Windows 10 update

For years, Internet Explorer has been the go-to web browser for Windows users.
However, with the new update of Windows 10, Microsoft has decided to disable Internet Explorer.

The decision to disable Internet Explorer in Windows 10 is due to its age and inefficiencies.
Internet Explorer was first released back in 1995 and has since gone through many changes and updates.
However, in the grand scheme of things, Internet Explorer is still fairly outdated compared to the more modern browsers available today such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Apple's Safari.
According to My Broadband, Microsoft has replaced Internet Explorer with Microsoft Edge, an all-new browser that is faster, safer, and more modern.

Microsoft Edge has been designed specifically for Windows 10 and takes advantage of the power and features that the new operating system provides.
Microsoft is also offering Edge Extensions, which are similar to Chrome extensions, allowing users to customise their browsing experience.
Microsoft Edge supports ActiveX, Java, and Silverlight, which are all technologies used by many websites.

For those users that are still using Internet Explorer, Microsoft is offering an upgrade path to Windows 10, where Internet Explorer will be disabled and replaced with Microsoft Edge.
