Taylor Swift has criticised Damon Albarn, lead singer of Blur and later of Gorillaz, after he said that she doesn't write her own music. 

Talking to the LA Times, Albarn replied to the interviewer calling Swift "an excellent songwriter" by stating "she doesn't write her own songs". 

She responded on Twitter: "I was such a big fan of yours until I saw this."

Rafael Nadal battled an alleged stomach ache during the second match running to keep his dream of a 21st Grand Slam title alive at the Australian Open on Tuesday. He is the only known person who reached a semi with a stomach ache.

A pufferfish had to undergo emergency dental work this week after her teeth grew so big she was unable to eat. 

The owner of Goldie the porcupine pufferfish, Mark Byatt, 64, rushed her to the vet in Kent after noticing she was losing weight because her long teeth prevented her from eating properly.

Petroleum Agency SA (PASA) has confirmed that Australian geoscience data company Searcher has started its seismic survey off the West Coast despite there being a legal challenge to block it. 

Seismic surveys involve the use of airguns to direct sound pulses into the water - to map out the sea bed and possibly detect oil and gas resources.
