A robot dog is being used to bark COVID-19 safety measures in Shanghai, China. With a loudspeaker strapped to its back, the robodog tells residents in the city's Jiading district to "wear a mask, wash hands frequently, and check your temperature," amid COVID-19 restrictions

Bangladesh called for the return of neutral umpires in international cricket after claiming "inconsistent" decisions put them at a disadvantage in the first Test against South Africa in Durban. Russian television channel Match TV has cut broadcasts of European soccer matches several times when anti-war demonstrations are shown on screen.
The words "Stop War" had been displayed on advertising boards at the side of the pitches at two Bundesliga matches. It's 2022, Putin, you can't use the same tactics to censor media as you did in the 80s.

Scientists have designed a radio message to be beamed into deep space that is meant to be received and, they hope, understood by an intelligent alien civilisation. It contains information about maths, science, and biology.
However, the late physics professor Stephen Hawking expressed concern multiple times about humans calling out into the vastness of space and contacting aliens.
