That's what these brothers from Crawford International La Lucia have done!

Jorah and Josiah Soojay are chess masters who have a bright future ahead of them.

Both Jorah and Josiah Soojay represented South Africa at the 2022 African Youth Chess Competition in Zambia from 2 to 10 July 2022.
Josiah was placed in the top ten in the U8 section and Jorah was placed 4th in the U14 section.

Both brothers were selected to play at the SA Chess Open in Cape Town.
Josiah played in the U12 section and Jorah played in the U16 section and was placed 1st, winning the SA Open U16 Chess Championship.

Jorah and Josiah were selected to play at the African Schools Chess Competition in Kenya.
This was a tournament where Josiah was placed 5th in the U8 section and Jorah was placed 2nd in the U14 section.
Jorah has been selected to represent South Africa at the World Chess Championships in Romania from the 5 to 17 September.
This is where only the top players from throughout the world will compete for the 2022 World Chess Champion title.

Jorah and Josiah have both received an Honorary award from the Department of Sports and Recreation for representing their country.
