They run a rehabilitation facility, licensed by the Department of Health, which provides a vital service for persons with disabilities who are in need of intensive rehabilitation. This facility provides a medium intensity rehabilitation service that is free of charge.

Kurt Hoggan and his team from Galleria Mall contacted the Dis-Chem Foundation to see if they were able to assist and they jumped at the opportunity to get involved.
The Dis-Chem Foundation has sponsored The Cheshire Home with 10 new wheelchairs valued at R35,000, and Galleria Mall donated an additional R5,000 voucher for the home to buy nappies.
