Liam Payne debuts 'Bedroom Floor' music video

The former One Direction group member has released a sultry new music video for his single, 'Bedroom Floor'. 

The video stars actress Bella Thorne, and while the pair are seen dancing together in some scenes, they don't play lovers.

"So the concept for the video is that I am speaking on Bella's behalf. So I am her thoughts, and what she's thinkin' about this guy that she's got a relationship with, which is a little bit broken. But it's very nice. I like the fact that it is empowering on the woman's side, because it's not often that you see it from this angle," Liam explained a teaser for the video ahead of its release this week. 

Liam observes Bella's complicated relationship with her on-again-off-again boyfriend in the video. 

 “You said it was over / But your clothes say different on my bedroom floor,” he sings in the video. 

'Bedroom Floor' is the follow-up single to Liam's debut solo single, 'Strip That Down' - which is currently at number 38 on the Coca-Cola Top 40 chart.

The 24-year is working on his first album since becoming a solo artist. The offering does not have a title or release date yet.
