"Linda and her husband Noel live across the road from me in a flat with 3 children, Jordan, Israel and Cairo. Noel was a chef at the Hilton and in January took a job in Dubai he was there for 2 months and with the Coronavirus was laid off. He is still in Dubai unable to get home due to no flights during the lockdown. Linda was also working but has not been able to work due to the lockdown. I have been offering to go to the shops for her because she has no one that can take care of her kids. I am hoping that the Big Favour can help her out, please. It would be greatly appreciated."

Nominator Name: Rashid Shaik
Nominee Name: Samantha Govender
"Samantha and Malcolm are a young couple with two small kids. They have recently moved out of their parents’ home to start a life on their own. Samantha has recently found a job in a hair salon and Malcolm works for an electrical maintenance company. Together, their salary just barely pays for their essential bills and food for the month. Then there are their personal needs and the kid's need for school. When the pandemic struck, they did not have the extra funds to stock up on groceries and other essential items required. If this young couple can be chosen, it would mean the world to them and their two little kids."
