Jukene Vam Rooyen was the fortunate recipient of this holiday.
Junkene shares: "The first lady and I have been married for 14 years. We never had a wedding; instead, we went to court and are still married to date. The reason for not having a wedding was the lack of funds, and her parents and my mom served as our witnesses.
"We never had a honeymoon due to financial constraints, and the same goes for weekend getaways. We have never been able to afford a mini vacation. I am aware that she is tired, although she is too proud to admit it. Unfortunately, places and getaways are often expensive, making it difficult for us to plan any trips.
"A little getaway would be amazing as a surprise for the first lady, who truly deserves a break from work."
