Silindokuhle Ngcobo, who is a mother of two, wrote to us at The Big Favour.
She was one of many to have been affected by the KZN floods.
To make matters worse, she lost her job last year and tried with all she has to build a house for her grandmother and kids.
Silindokuhle did manage to buy bricks, sand, cement, roof sheets, and paid the builder. However, there's still much more that needs to be paid for in order for the building to come to life.

After hearing this extraordinary story, many people were moved and wanted to help out Silindokuhle. In came Jessica Singh, who is the Chairperson of the East Coast Knights.
Jessica and her team from the East Coast Toyota Knights KZN reached out to us and wanted to help Silindokuhle the best way possible.
