Former CIA employee's alarming claim about aliens

I found an article on Metro UK where former CIA employee Ingo Swann claimed that aliens use our planet "like a supermarket". The story was originally published on Collective Evolution, a UFO website.
Swann claims that he experienced an incident where a mysterious craft took water from a nearby lake. He claimed that the aliens were just here to pick up some of our water and "use our planet like a supermarket".

As earthlings we need to capitalise on this revelation in a manner that rewards both us and the aliens. I think we should offer the aliens Loyalty Cards, with there being some sort of incentive for them.
The more they do their grocery shopping on earth, the more we give them in return in the form of points.
Also, I think we need to communicate to them somehow that we are currently experiencing a serious drought, so if they could bear that in mind when collecting water, that would be great.
