Car parks itself after getting into accident?

Astounding footage has been found which has everyone a bit confused and shocked. 

A traffic camera in Russia captured a car crash which involved two vehicles in a head-on collision. It appears that when both cars collided, the one man was ejected onto the road and then something really strange happened – the car appeared to park itself just a few meters away from the scene of the accident. 

People are baffled and unsure whether the man was a passenger or the driver. As the driver’s seat is on the left-hand side in Russia, the driver would have had to be thrown from the left to the right and out the window.
