Is Justin Bieber justified for punching a fan?

Fans can get a little too close for comfort, so can we really blame celebrities for losing their cool or should they just accept the 'love' it as it comes with the nature of their celeb status?

The 22-year-old superstar, Justin Bieber, was being driven to his gig in the Spanish city and fans were congregating outside the Palau Sant Jordi hoping to catch a glimpse of him.

A fan got a little too close when he reached inside Bieber's backseat window and Justin responded by punching him squarely in the mouth.

"He has just punched me," he explains in Spanish to the crowd, looking rather confused. "I touched his face like this and he went, 'Boom.'"
