Doctors found 40 dangerous objects in man's stomach

A man in India was rushed to hospital after complaining of stomach pains.

Doctors were shocked to discover he had swallowed 40 knives! Yes....40 knives!

The surgery took more than 5 hours to remove these dangerous objects from the unnamed patient. He eventually admitted to his unusual habit, "I felt like eating knives, and I ate them," he told News.com/India.

Doctors suspect that he may be suffering from a condition called Pica; where sufferers find themselves with an uncontrollable appetite for "non-nutritive substances" such as metal, glass, paint, human hair and even chemicals.
