Judge Colin Lamont has found him guilty in the High Court in Johannesburg, in the first conviction against Krejcir, who is on trial in four separate matters in South Africans courts.

Lamont earlier said he accepted the evidence of Bheki Lukhele, who testified he was kidnapped and assaulted by Krejcir and his co-accused on June 25, 2013.

"I accept Lukhele's evidence that he was kidnapped, grabbed, man-handled and slapped."

Lamont also accepted Lukhele's evidence that he was taken to an unknown location where he was assaulted and had boiling hot water poured over him by Krejcir.

Krejcir, Desai Luphondo, Warrant Officers Samuel Modise Maropeng and George Jeff Nthoroane, Jan Lefu Mofokeng and Siboniso Miya are on trial on charges of dealing in drugs, attempted murder, and kidnapping. They all pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Krejcir is accused of ordering the kidnap and torture of Lukhele, whose brother, known only as Doctor, had allegedly disappeared with 25kg of the drug tik. Doctor worked at a cargo company at OR Tambo International Airport.

According to previous testimony, Doctor disappeared with the tik that he was supposed to get to Australia.

Lamont also accepted the evidence given by witness Peter Msimango, a businessperson from Boksburg, who was tasked with finding Doctor.
