Australia on top in Perth

Australia have ended day one of the first cricket Test against the Proteas on 105 for no loss in their first innings. Australia are replying to the South African first innings effort of 242 all out in Perth.
The undefeated batsmen are David Warner on 73 and Shaun Marsh 29.
Warner has faced only 62 balls at the WACA.
Warner was trapped leg before wicket by Vernon Philander when on 17.
However, replays revealed that Philander had bowled a no-ball and Warner went on to cash in.
Quinton de Kock had earlier top scored for the Proteas with 84 from 101 deliviries.
Temba Bavuma made 51 and Faf du Plessis 37.
Stephen Cook and Hashim Amla were both dismissed for ducks.
Dean Elgar made 12, JP Duminy 11, Vernon Philander ten and Keshav Maharaj 16.
Mitchell Starc was the most successful home bowler.
Starc claimed four for 71.
Josh Hazlewood took three for 70.
This is the first of three Tests.
