WATCH: Durban burglary attempt foiled
Updated | By ECR Newswatch
KZN police say a case is yet to be opened after a video of suspects' burglary attempt in Durban was released.
It is alleged the suspects forced an entry into the premises of a Durban North complex in a bid to hijack vehicles in the property's underground parking on Friday.
CCTV footage shows the suspected car thieves make their way across the parking area.
They are then seen running in the same direction of which they came after being spotted by a resident.
It is reported a car alarm was set off during the incident.
It's understood the damage caused to the property and vehicles amounted to about R60 000.
