Bride unveils 50kg weight-loss at wedding

This
bride’s weight-loss transformation is truly inspiring.
A woman from Texas, USA, went from overweight to fit and healthy just in time for her wedding.
Haley Smith says she was overjoyed when her boyfriend Matt Smith popped the question in July 2015.
But she told Caters News Agency her excitement turned to disgust when she saw how awful she looked in the engagement photos.
The “embarrassing” pictures made Hayley realise that she needed to say goodbye to bad eating habits if she hoped to feel comfortable in her own skin.
She embarked on a major fitness and eating regime that saw her losing a whopping 49.8 kilograms before her big day.
The 24-year-old swapped unhealthy food for a clean diet, and started running every day.
Hayley has been documenting her amazing weight-loss journey on her Instagram account.
She shared a before and after picture on herself this week.
“My proposal on the left (280ish) in July, 2015 and my bridal picture on the right (165ish) Oct, 2016. Both were amazing days that were filled with joy, but they are just two completely different people. I've gained and lost a person in this last year, some good and some bad. Looking at these pictures makes me feel so proud and excited about what's to come!” she captioned the image.
Despite working hard to reach her body goals, Hayley says she still can’t believe the overweight girl in her pictures is actually her.
“It's been a long 15 months of some hard work…. but I'm proud of how far I've come. I'm not at goal weight or goal size, but I'm going to keep pushing! Don't quit just because you are starting to feel comfortable with your body! Keep pushing, there's always room for improvement and always new goals,” she captioned another before and after snap.
