A Chinese poodle roamed the streets of China dressed as a schoolgirl, complete with a backpack.

Video footage shows the dog walking on its
hind legs in eastern China’s Changzhou region.

Curious onlookers snapped pictures of the dog as it made its way through the area.
The canine was dressed in a pair of light blue pants, a brown jersey, and carried a yellow backpack.
We are not sure where it was headed, as dog school is probably closed.
But not everyone was impressed with the video.
Some said it made them feel more sad than amused, while others described the owners as cruel.
Many were concerned that the dog, which was wearing pink shoes, could injure itself walking on its hind legs for long periods of time.
Poodles can walk on their hind legs for two kilometres without needing to stop and rest, according to the Daily Mail.
Either way, there is no denying that this is one cute poodle.
